It's school bus safety week! Keep these tips in mind to ensure a safe ride for our students:
Arrive Early: Get to the bus stop at least five minutes before the bus arrives.
Stand Back: Stay at least three giant steps (6 feet) away from the curb while waiting.
Board Safely: Wait until the bus stops completely before approaching the door. Use the handrail.
Stay Seated: Keep aisles clear and remain seated while the bus is moving.
Be Visible: Always cross in front of the bus, never behind, and make sure the driver sees you.
Treat a school bus's flashing lights like a traffic signal; red means STOP!

Go Golden Eagles! Good luck at the state championships!!
