Columbia Elementary is having open enrollment for Kindergarten and Young 5’s during the month of February for the 2024/2025 school year.
To register your student(s) for the 2024/2025 school year, you may complete an online registration form by visiting www.myeagles.org and selecting the New Student Enrollment option in the upper right hand corner. You can also click here for direct access. Enrollment can begin on February 1st, 2024.
Upon completion of the online form, we will need you to stop by the main office and provide copies of the following documents***:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Residency (two different forms)
3. Immunization Records
4. Health Appraisal form
5. Dental Screening
*** Your enrollment cannot be fully processed or accepted until these documents are received.
Columbia Elementary will be offering the following programs in the 2024/2025 school year: Full Day Kindergarten & Full Day Young 5's.
*For Kindergarten eligibility - students must have turned 5 years old by September 1st, 2024.
*For Young 5's eligibility - students must turn 5 by December 1st, 2024.
