PTO Nominations

The Columbia Parent-Teacher Organization is dedicated to fostering a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the community to enhance the educational experience for all students at the Lower and Upper Columbia Elementary Schools. By serving on the Board, parents can directly contribute to the success of PTO-sponsored events (Book Fairs, Book Bingo, Family Nights, etc.)

Nominations for the Columbia PTO Board are being accepted until 04/30/2025. Voting will commence at the PTO meeting on Thursday, May 1st in the CUES Media Center.

*If you are chosen for a position and accept, you must be able to complete and pass a background check for the 2025-2026  school year.


*Board members must attend PTO meetings (first Thursday of each month) and help chair an event.

*You can nominate yourself for a position and are not required to name a nomination for each position.


Requirements to be nominated -

Have attended at least 4 regular scheduled PTO meetings in the 2024-2025 school year and/or

Chaired a PTO-sponsored event in the 2024-2025 school year.
