Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. Meetings will be held in the Columbia Community Room at 7:00 p.m. Some of the meetings may be held in other buildings in the district. Notice will be published when this takes place.

The approval is made at the following regular board meeting for example, the January minutes are approved at the regular February meeting. The approved minutes posted will always be one month behind.

Public Participation at Board Meetings
The Board of Education recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of allowing members of the public to express themselves on District matters. To permit fair and orderly public expression, the Board follows the guidelines outlined in Policy 0167.3. Before speaking at a board meeting, a Public Participation form will need to be completed. Forms are available at the meeting or can be printed here: Public Participation Form and brought to the meeting.
