School Bus Drivers

Substitute Teachers, Bus Drivers and Custodians
The Columbia
School District (CSD) utilizes a
number of substitute staff
during the course of the school
year. In order to become a
substitute for CSD, you will
need to:
Select one
application either for
Teacher and/or Substitute
Teacher or
Support Staff – please print
the application and complete and
return to the CSD Administration
Office.
Call Jackson
County ISD at 768-5200 to make
an appointment to be
fingerprinted and complete a
criminal history check. You must
bring a completed
Livescan Fingerprint Request
Form with you to your
appointment.
Bring the
completed application along with
your driver’s license and social
security card to the CSD
Administration office located in
the southeast corner of the high
school building.
Hard copies
of the forms are available at
the CSD Administration Office.
Columbia
School District uses a payroll
company for substitutes. Please
